Chia seeds healthy GFCF breakfast:

Soak 3 table spoons of chia seeds in 2 cups of  almond milk overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning add some dried or fresh blueberries, almonds slices and slices of banana. This easy GFCF breakfast has it all: healthy fats, protein, carbohydrates and fiber.  Good nutritious start of the day!
